capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date" and SENATE CS                                                            
FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 300(FIN) am S, respectfully                                                                           
requests limited powers of free conference on the following specific                                                            
points:                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
appropriations and language that are not identical in House and Senate                                                          
versions of HB 300.
